Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

Stuss: Stuss Helder, photographer and workshop instructor. Participant: anyone who books a workshop, mentorship or service. Workshop: group workshops, private mentorship sessions and any other photography sessions offered.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all bookings and services through stusshelder.com. Any exceptions must be agreed in writing.

3. Bookings

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

  • Group workshops are booked through Eventbrite.

  • Private mentorship is arranged directly via email.

4. Workshops

  • Group workshops run with a minimum number of participants. If the minimum isn't reached, all bookings are fully refunded.

  • I may reschedule or cancel a workshop in case of illness, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond my control.

  • Participants are responsible for their own safety and equipment during the workshop.

  • Participants keep the copyright of their own images.

5. Cancellation policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to future dates.

  • You may transfer your spot to another participant for the same workshop. Just send me their name and email before the day.

  • In case of exceptional circumstances, reach out directly.

6. Private mentorship

  • Sessions are arranged directly via email and confirmed upon payment.

  • Rescheduling is possible up to 7 days before the agreed date.

  • Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

7. Payment

  • Group workshops: payment via Eventbrite at the time of booking.

  • Private mentorship: direct payment via Revolut or bank transfer before the session.

8. Liability

  • I am not liable for personal injury, lost or damaged equipment, or any indirect damages during workshops or sessions.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

  • I am not liable in cases of force majeure.

9. Image use

  • Images you take during workshops are yours.

  • If I take photos during group workshops (for promotional purposes), I will inform you on the day. You can opt out at any time.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will preferably be resolved through dialogue, otherwise submitted to the competent court.
